Services Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS 
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so with a minimum of 48 hours notice where possible. 
If less than 48hours is given you
will lose your deposit due to losses, as I am unable to fill your appointment slot. 

To re-schedule please login and book online at Alisa Jade Online Booking, please be mindful of my limited appointment slots.

 

REFUNDS
All service payments are final and no refunds will be given - This is because I cannot guarantee you have adhered to aftercare advise once you have left the premises. If you are unhappy with your service/treatment please make me aware of this before you leave so that we can work together to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

However, should a nail break, crack or come away within 48hours I will repair it, anything after that time there will be a small charge per nail repair.

DEPOSITS
Deposits will be deducted from your final service cost.
You will loose your deposit if you cancel your appointment with less then 48 hours notice, due to losses as I am unable to fill your slot with short notice.
If you are however approved for a return of your deposit, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE AND MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
