COURSES CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY​

Classroom Courses

By completing your purchase and therefore registration for a course with Alisa Jade and making payment in part or or in full installments you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

​

As a consumer under the Consumers Contracts Regulations you have the rights to cancel a contract entered at a distance within 14 days of purchase, however if you have entered the contract for personal development in a trade area or profession you are already a part of you may not be seen as a 'consumer'.

There fore:

1. Any classroom based courses cancelled after you have purchased/registered - an admin fee of 25% of the course price is applied (which will not be refunded). Remaining costs will be refunded. You need to request cancellation of the course at least 5 working days before the course start date.

2. You are not eligible for any refund if you made a request to cancel the course 5 working days or less before the course start date.

3. Alisa Jade reserves the right to cancel any course if number of minimum attendees have not been reached to run the course effectively. Alisa Jade also reserves the right to cancel in event of an unforeseen circumstance which debilitates the the effective and safe delivery of training. In the event of a cancellation, Alisa Jade will either re-arrange for an alternative date, or offer a full refund of the fee paid.

Online & Online/Classroom based (Hybrid) Courses

Online courses - Defined as a course delivered solely electronically via the internet/email manuals/videos online.

Online/Classroom based (Hybrid) Courses - Defined as a course that is delivered via electronic manuals sent via email/videos online and set classroom practical sessions.

By completing your purchase and therefore registration for a course with Alisa Jade and making payment in part or or in full installments you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

 

As a consumer under this cancellation and refund policy and the Consumers Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the rights to cancel a contract entered at a distance within 14 days of purchase, however if you have entered the contract for personal development in a trade area or profession you are already a part of you may not be seen as a 'consumer'.

Therefore:

1.You may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days (cancellation period) from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. Please note, that the right to cancel will NOT apply, after we have sent out your training manuals for online, home study before we receive your cancellation request,

2. If you choose to cancel within this period and prior to being sent out the training manuals for online, home learning you will receive a refund - Minus 25% admin fee of the fees paid if you are eligible for a refund.

3. If we have posted/delivered any study materials/training kits to you, you should return them to Alisa Jade before a refund will be issued if you are eligible for one. 

 

Please allow up to 2 working days to receive your online training manuals for home learning, and ensure to check your junk mail/spam folders for them.

Once a course manual has been sent out electronically or manually we cannot grant a refund. All refund requests can be sent to alisajadenails@gmail.com or posted to 

Alisa Jade, 33 Ford Green Road, Smallthorne, Stoke-on-Trent, ST61NT.

Course postponement

If you need to postpone your course you may do so in writing 5 days prior to the course date and it will not cost you.

You will only be permitted to postpone your course once, only if you meet the 5 days prior requirement.

You cannot postpone your course less than 5 days prior to the course start date. 

You cannot postpone your course for a second time and we cannot grant a refund.

Failure to complete a course.

To complete a number of Alisa Jade courses you are required to submit two case studies for assessment to your tutor. Failure to do so will result in a Failed result, and yourself not gaining certification from Alisa Jade and/or any associations with awarding/accreditation bodies. These case studies must be submitted within 24months from the course ending date. No refunds will be given in this instance in reference to our refund policy.

Store orders & Return & refunds

Online orders from the store are processed within 24hours and will be unable to be cancelled. 

​

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

​

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working of days from receipt of your returned item(s)


SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alisajadenails@gmail.com and send your item to: 33 Ford Green Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ENG, st61nt, United Kingdom.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 33 Ford Green Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ENG, st61nt, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

​

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

​

Refunds/Late or missing refunds

Refunds if eligible will be processes within 30 days.


If you haven’t received a refund within those 30days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
