Terms of use of Alisa Jade gift card/vouchers

1. These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of physical and digital Alisa Jade gift cards/vouchers.

2. These gift card/voucher terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards/vouchers purchased online through the Alisa Jade website (www.alisajade.co.uk) and/or through Alisa Jade booking app (https://alisajade.book.app) as well as gift cards/vouchers purchased at at a physical location.
3. Alisa Jade reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Alisa Jade gift cards/vouchers at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Alisa Jade gift card/voucher constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card/voucher terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. Alisa Jade gift cards/vouchers remain the property of Alisa Jade who maintains the right to cancel the card/voucher in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).
4. The value of your Alisa Jade gift card/voucher can be redeemed on any Alisa Jade treatments in Salon, provided the gift card/voucher is redeemed within the redemption period applicable to the jurisdiction where the gift card/voucher was originally purchased.
By way of example an Alisa Jade gift card/vouchers has a redemption period of 24 months from the date of issue, 730 days only.
5. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card. Please note Alisa Jade gift/card vouchers can only be redeemed with Alisa Jade in salon, and not with any other salon worker/owner.
6. Your Alisa Jade gift card/voucher is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of activation (which shall be the date of the gift-card/voucher is purchase) following which they expire automatically. A gift card/voucher cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card/voucher will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s/voucher expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.
7. A Gift Card/voucher expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted.
8. Gift Cards/vouchers may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an in-salon treatment.
Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged
9. You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift card/voucher following delivery. In cases where your Alisa Jade gift card/voucher is lost or stolen, Alisa Jade is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Alisa Jade cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a Alisa Jade gift card/voucher as a result of theft or fraud.
10. Should your Alisa Jade gift card/voucher become damaged, Alisa Jade can replace your original only if the original is returned at the time of replacement.
11. All sales purchasing and using a Alisa Jade gift card/voucher are final and will not be refunded.
Data Protection
12. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card/voucher will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and the our privacy policy which can be found at: https://www.alisajade.co.uk/private-policy.
Governing Law and jurisdiction
13. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
