Tattooing Terms & Conditions

​

You must be over the age of 18 to be tattooed in the UK.

Please ensure you have a valid UK Photo I.D before booking. You will need to bring this to every session.

We cannot tattoo anyone who is PREGANT or BREASTFEEDING.

Health/Consent forms MUST be filled in at every session.

DEPOSITS must be paid within 24hours before any booking is secure.

DEPOSITS - Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
Deposits will be applied towards the final costs at the final session of your tattoo. Deposits are non transferable to another person or for use with another tattooer at Alisa Jade.
You will forfeit your deposit if:

  • You cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice

  • No show your appointment

  • Arrive more than 30 minutes late to your appointment

  • Arrive to your appointment in an unfit state to be tattooed (i.e Intoxicated)

  • Arrive to your appointment without proper photo I.D.

  • Arrive to your appointment and request excessive or last minute design changes.

  • Arrive to your appointment but decide not to be tattooed.

  • Arrive to your appointment with a child/minor in your care. Children are not permitted to attend whilst you are being tattooed.

  • Arrive to your appointment but advise us you are pregnant or breast feeding

  • Reschedule your appointment before the 48hour notice more than twice

  • You do not respond to correspondence (your appointment will automatically be cancelled if we are unable to contact you prior to your appointment).

BOOKING SESSIONS

When booking for Half Day/Day sittings please be advised that if you over estimate your pain tolerance and sitting capabilities, and cannot complete the session, the full session amount will still be payable. If you are unsure of your sitting abilities, half days are STRONGLY recommended. To finish any tapped out work you will need to book and pay for a new session. Work will not be rushed or squeezed into a session for your needs.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so with a minimum of 48 hours notice where possible. 
If less than 48hours is given you will forfeit your deposit due to losses. If at least 48hours notice is given your deposit will be applied to your new appointment only. No Refunds.

If your appointment is re-scheduled more that twice you will forfeit your deposit. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

REFUNDS
All service payments are final and no refunds will be given - This is because I cannot guarantee you have adhered to aftercare advice once you have left the premises. If you are unhappy with your service/tattoo please make me aware of this before you leave so that we can work together to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

LATE POLICY

Please let us know in advance if you are going to be late to your appointment. If you are more than 30minutes late without prior notice, you may forfeit your deposit and will be required to reschedule your appointment and leave a new deposit.

ARTWORK POLICY

No artwork will be completed without a deposit. We will not email, text or preview artwork designs until your appointment. Any changes that stay within the original concept design discussed will be made on the day. If there are major changes to design, position, concept etc your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will need to be rescheduled with a new deposit payable.

TOUCH UP POLICY

Touch ups are at the discretion of the tattoo artist. If a touch up is necessary due to technical application, and or healing of the tattoo these will be done for free within 6month of the initial appointment, by the original artist. This again is at tattooists discretion. Touch ups needed due to client negligence to follow aftercare procedures are not free. You will need to book at the same rate as a new tattoo. Any changes wanted to the original tattoo is considered a new tattoo and charged at the same rate as a new tattoo. 

Touch ups cannot be done until the tattoo is fully healed.

GUEST POLICY

You may bring one person over the age of 18 to accompany you whilst you get tattooed. Any excess guests will be asked to leave. Children are not permitted in the clinical area at any time for any reason, and are not permitted to wait in the salon area either. The salon is intended to be an adult space and our staff will not accept responsibility for unattended children. You will forfeit your deposit and be asked to leave if you arrive with children/minor in your care.

 

PET POLICY

No pets or service animals are permitted in the clinical area. Service animals are however permitted to stay in the salon area but MUST be accompanied by another adult.
